SELFLUV IN MOTION: RUNNING & WELLNESS CAMP
Our signature 5-week spring program transforms Boston’s parks into outdoor classrooms for movement, mindfulness, and growth.
Each week, children explore the joy of movement while learning to listen to their bodies, express their feelings, and build confidence through community and play.
Every session blends:
Fun running and track-based games that build strength and teamwork
Yoga and dance fitness that inspire balance, rhythm, and self-awareness
Art, journaling, and self-reflection to encourage emotional expression
Nature walks and “Love Your Park” moments that nurture appreciation for the outdoors
Team challenges and leadership activities that spark courage, kindness, and self-love
The program helps each child discover that fitness isn’t about perfection it’s about loving who you are, moving with purpose, and celebrating progress together.
The camp ends with our Community Fun Run Celebration, featuring family relays, music, trophies, and lots of love!
All participants take part in our signature running and movement sessions, building strength, joy, and confidence through playful, age-appropriate activities that inspire self-love from the inside out.
Seedlings of SelfLuv (ages 3–5) Play, explore, and move with imagination! Focus on fun movement, balance, creativity, and social play through gentle running games, music-based movement, and nature exploration
Bloom in Motion (ages 6–8) – Discover strength and confidence through teamwork and mindfulness. Focus on body awareness, listening skills, and joyful self-expression through relay-style running, dance, and creative movement.
Roots of Confidence (ages 9–12) – Empowering youth to lead with love, purpose, and pride. Focus on leadership, goal-setting, and mentorship for younger participants through guided running challenges, teamwork, and expressive art projects.
